The breakfast had a great selection of breads and cereal. The room was amazing, tastefully decorated, it had a fridge, tea/coffee making equipment and a work desk. Location: the hotel was very close to the good restaurants as well as the towering waterfall. I tried some drinks at broiler bar Plaza Madero, located 5 minutes walk away...

All the staff was amicable and fairly friendly, settled my issues. The location was comfortable and exceptionally nice in a downtown area, so close to activities in town and the towering waterfall.

The staff here were really nice and super helpful whenever I had questions. The deluxe suite I stayed in was amazing, with a Jacuzzi and several outdoor seating areas that I loved 😊.

The hotel's location was perfect, not too far from the center but still quiet. We loved the colorful doors and artwork throughout the hotel. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds and some come with in-room jacuzzis, which were a great addition to our relaxation. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the surroundings from the balcony.

During our stay, there were some construction activities going on nearby which led to some noise and an occasional chemical smell, but it was usually gone by late evening. we were disappointed when we were charged extra for VAT and card usage upon check-out, which we thought was unfair.

Friendly staff always there to help. The room was pretty spacious and the bed was incredibly comfy, made for a great night's sleep. They had a nice breakfast spread with fresh bread, cereal, fruit, and eggs 🥚.

We spent an unforgettable Easter holiday at a charming hotel in Tungurahua. Its prime location just outside the hustle and bustle of the city center made it the perfect retreat for relaxation and peacefulness. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we were treated to complimentary drinks upon arrival. the breakfast was a delicious spread of freshly baked bread, eggs, and cereals, accompanied by outstanding coffee. We also appreciated the lovely views of the nearby waterfall.

Our Wi-Fi connection was patchy, which made it hard for us to stay connected with family and friends back home. It was a minor issue that did not dampen our overall stay, but it might be worth considering if you plan on doing any work or need to stay connected.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being only a few blocks away from the city center, and yet still retaining a sense of privacy and peace. The view from our room was breathtaking, as it overlooked the towering waterfall. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom had ample hot water and nice towels. The staff was extremely attentive, and the breakfast was amazing. We loved the rooftop patio, which had stunning views of the surrounding mountains and a comfortable hammock to relax in.

There was some construction going on next door during our stay, which caused some noise and a slight chemical smell at times.

Helpful staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, great rooftop view, perfect location, comfortable bed.
